The Adamawa state polytechnic is one of the higher institution of learning in Nigeria managed by the state government. It was established in 1991. It evolved out of the merging of College of Preliminary Studies in Yola and the Staff Development Institute in Numan. Since its inception, the polytechnic has had and overcome many challenges which made her stronger.

 

Today, the institution now offers courses in different academic fields. There are courses at both ordinary national diploma (OND) and higher national diploma (HND). You may have to go through the available courses to find out if your course of interest is available. Also, you will be able to know if you meet up with the course requirements.

 

Make sure you have five (5) credit passes in O level results in relevant subjects. You also need a good UTME score if you are applying through the UTME. Note that you can as well apply through the institution website. You may visit the website for the procedures. The admission will be regulated by the UTME cut off mark and the institution cut off in the post UTME screening.

 

 

How To Make School Fees Payment

School fees payment is an important step in the students registration processes. For Adamawa state polytechnic, there are two ways to make school fees payment. This could be done online with your ATM card or by direct bank deposit. You can go with whichever works well with you.

To begin with, you need to login into the students registration portal online, navigate to the payment tab and check the fee schedule to see how much you are expected to pay. You may then proceed to make payment. If you want to pay online, ensure you have sufficient money in your account linked to the ATM card. Input the card details as requested and proceed to make payment. Once payment is successful. Endeavor to print the receipt. If you want to pay through bank, generate and print the RRR page. Use it to make payment at any commercial bank. After payment, login to input the transaction ID to confirm payment online.

How To Register Courses Online

After a successful school fees payment, the next thing is course registration. It is important that you must have known the courses to register and in the case of previous carry overs, know how to combine courses to register and balance them. Login to the students portal and navigate to the course registration tab. Select the session and carefully select the courses. Verify the courses before you register them. After the course registration, endeavor to print the course registration form for further registration in your department.

How To Check Results Online

After a successful session or semester examination, the result are usually released once the Senate approves it. This can be viewed at your departmental notice boards. You can as well view the result online in your student profile via the online portal. Login into the portal with your details. Navigate to the result tab, select both the session and semester to view the results. Please note that this is subject to the upload of the result online. So, if you check and it’s not displayed, you may need to check back.
