HASAL Microfinance Bank: Procedures In Apply For Loans And Their Branches In Nigeria

HASAL Microfinance Bank is an Abuja based microfinance Bank which over the years since inception has spread its operation across the capital city Of Abuja. In December 2005, The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) launched the Microfinance Policy, Regulatory and Supervisory Framework for all stake holders in the Microfinance Market in Nigeria. HASAL Microfinance Bank Limited applied for the License to be a major player in the industry in 2008 and commenced operations just immediately once the license was issued on 2nd October, 2008.

The bank commenced operations with all its Shareholders funds of around $148.8 and then grew it by additional capital of $1.5m before the end of their 1st financial year, with the aim to provide micro credit to customers in Abuja with broad range of business and personal banking services.

 

Below Are The Different Types Of Loans And Their Requirements

  1. HASAL MICRO LOAN

Features

  • Gives Loans of up to N500,000.
  • The Loan is Collateralized by Third (3rd) Party Guarantee/Guarantor.
  • A Hand Written Application Form is required.
  • You Must be a Customer of the Bank.
  • An Evidence of Existing Business.

Note – Evidence of Capacity to repay must be seen from Obligor and Guarantor.

 

Loan Requirements

  • Duly Filled Loan Application Form
  • Duly Completed Personal Guarantee Form
  • Passport Photograph of the Guarantor
  • Post Dated cheque Covering Principal and Interest From the Guarantor
  • A Copy of the Guarantors Form of Acceptable Identification.

 

  1. HASUSU LOAN

Features

  • Loans up to N500,000
  • Hand written Application Form
  • Must have the Account for Six (6) Weeks

 

Target Market

  • Traders or Individual with Cash Flow

 

Requirement

  • Duly Filled Loan Application Form
  • Evidence of Consistent Savings
  • Daily Savings Must Continue Even After Loan has been Disbursed
  • Savings Serve as Equity Contribution for Project Financial Loan

  • Duly Filled Account Opening Form
  • Duly Filled Account KYC Form
  • 2 Recent Passport Photographs
  • Photocopy of a Valid Identity Card, National ID, Drivers License or International Passport. (Original Must be Sighted).

 

  1. HASAL SME LOAN

Features

  • Loans from N500,000 and Above

Collaterised with tangible/Valuable Asset, this can be:

  • Landed Property with Good Tittles
  • Lien on Cash (Fixed Deposit)
  • All Assets Debunture (Fixed and Floating)
  • Third Party Guarantee Backed with Notarized Statement of Personal Net Worth and a Cheque.

  • Duly Filled Loan Application Form
  • Duly Completed Personal Guarantee Form
  • Board Resolution for the Loan
  • Duly Filled KYC Form
