Dedan Kimathi University: How To Register Courses, Pay School Fees And Check Result

Dedan Kimathi University is a public university of technology established in 2012. It is situated at Nyeri, Kenya. It offers one of the best academic teaching and training in Kenya with a tradition for excellence. The university motto “Better Life through Technology” shows its huge committement to research and development in technology.

 

The university offers courses both undergraduate and postgraduation. The university has about 27 degree courses, 10 masters programmes while there are 17 certificate and diploma courses. These courses are scattered across the different schools and institutes which include School of Sciences, School of Business Management and Economics, School of Health Science, School of Engineering, School of Computer Science and Information Technology, Geothermal Energy Training and Research Institute,  Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Institute of Geomatics, GIS and Remote Sensing, Institute of Food Bioresources Technology and Institute of Technical and Professional Studies (ITPS).

Only qualified candidates will be granted admission.

You can make your school fees payment after confirming your fees structure online via your portal. Then you may pay into the institution account and then visit the academic unit for it to reflect. Here are the account details;

How To Register Courses Online

For your course registration, begin by getting adequate information about courses to register then you may proceed with the steps below;

  1. Log on to the institution website address, https://www.dkut.ac.ke
  2. Navigate and click on student portal just at the central lower part of the page
  3. Sign in with your registration number and password
  4. Navigate to the course registration tab
  5. Choose the session and semester and then submit.
  6. Select the courses one after the other
  7. Verify the selected courses and then submit

You may print the course registration acknowledgement page.

 

 

How To Check Results Online

To check your academic performance online, please follow the steps listed below;

  1. Log on to the institution website address, https://www.dkut.ac.ke
  2. Navigate and click on student portal just at the central lower part of the page
  3. Sign in with your registration number and password
  4. Navigate and click on results tab
  5. Select the session and semester and then submit

The results will be displayed on the next page.
