How To Check Uniport Cut Off Mark For All Courses And All Admission Requirements

The University of Port Harcourt, UNIPORT, was founded in 1975 and situated in Port Harcourt. Rivers State Nigeria. This institution has been ranked as the first higher/ tertiary institution in the country Nigeria and accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC). UNIPORT has commonly called has been installed with the below faculties with its different departments for programs; which includes the Undergraduates programs and the Postgraduates programs.

 

 

Admission Requirements For The University Of Portharcourt

For all the prospective candidates seeking admission into UNIPORT for its undergraduate’s degree program, below are the listed entry requirements required by the institution.

  • The prospective candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credits passes in the institution approved O’level results; which includes the WAEC, GCE, NECO, SSCE, and NABTEB
  • Prospective candidates must have selected the institution as part of the Choice of University in the UTME form (preferably first choice)
  • All Candidates Cut-off mark must be a minimum of 200 in the conducted UTME/JAMB examination.
  • Uniformity in the candidate’s names on his/ her credentials
  • A minimum score of 180 is requested for in the JAMB/ UTME conducted examination
  • The minimum of credit pass mark in subjects like English Language and Mathematics, in addition to the three subjects (relevant).
  • Minimum of Two (2) sittings combination for all applicants who wished to use a combined O’level result
  • All the applicants must be at least Sixteen years (16) of year, to gain the institution eligibility status
  • Prospective candidates must meet up to the faculties/ departmental cut-off marks
