Job Description

The Role
- As part of our upcoming launch of Advoice in Nigeria, we are looking for two Digital Ad Ops Trafficking Managers. It is a new position at AdVoice and has the potential to grow as our programmatic and digital advertising campaigns increase. We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented individuals to oversee trafficking duties of AdVoice’s digital media campaigns run through our proprietary ad serving platform position will work directly with other internal teams to understand and implement campaign requirements on the front end & manage optimizations across campaigns to meet client goals and objectives. This position is responsible for properly setting up all components of a campaign, including the creation of a new advertiser, use of proper naming conventions, testing, implementation, and trafficking in AdVoice ad server. Experience or knowledge with any self-serve DSP is preferred.
- Set up, traffic, and optimize ad campaigns in both the ad server and DSP, working with publishers and ad networks to receive assets for our campaign launches
- Actively manage campaigns to ensure KPI delivery
- Identify relevant audience pools for campaigns and provide recommendations on value
- Work closely with media planning teams to provide ROI by driving insights and recommendations
- Work directly with account service and analytics teams to ensure all tracking is in place and mapping correctly.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must meet the following:
- Knowledge of the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging and bidding
- 1 to 3 years of automated marketing experience, preferably with ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers
- Familiarity with trafficking and optimizing CPM and CPC direct marketing campaigns, preferably in an RTB environment
- Strong experience in Excel, including pivot tables, chart-making, and manipulation of data sets

Objectives
The principal objective of the General Counsel and Legal Services Department (GECL) is to provide legal services and advice to the statutory organs of the Bank and the Fund. In addition, GECL provides legal advice on the administration, operations and financial activities of the Bank. GECL ensures that the Bank Group‘s activities and operations are consistent with the constitutive documents and other legal instruments of the Bank Group; policies, and as appropriate, with the norms and principles of international and commercial law and the best practices of international development banking.
The Finance Division’s main activities are to provide legal and advisory services in the mobilization, investment and management of the financial resources of the Bank. These activities include the following:
- supporting and advising the Bank’s Treasury in the negotiation and drafting of documentation to effect Bank borrowings in the international capital and money markets, and drafting or reviewing all legal documents required for the implementation of the Bank‘s borrowing strategy and capital markets transactions;

Duties and responsibilities
- Issue legal opinions on regulatory institutional and financial issues arising from the interpretation and application of the Charter of the Bank; drafting legal documents relating to accession and participation in the Bank and the Fund and the creation of special funds; interpret and apply the Financial Regulations of the Bank;
- Prepare all necessary documentation for the Bank’s borrowings in the international capital and money markets;
- Review, update and recommend for approval standard documentation, in accordance with market and industry practice, for use in derivative transactions;
- To provide advice on contracts for the investment of liquid assets of the Bank and the African Development Fund;
