This service has enabled the use of images to be printed on the Verve Cards (Debit Cards). This service is available for use only on the debit cards (verve debit cards) that has been issued to customers registered under the bank’s special account known as the “Individual Account”, that is, the “Savings” and “Current” Account. Therefore, the wish to personalize debits cards attract the type of account operated by the customers with the bank’s different card.

 

To Personalize The Debit Cards To One’s Taste

  1. Log on the website created for the service, that is, www.accessbankplc.com/persona
  2. Select on the “Preferred Card Scheme”, which are, the “Verve Card” and the “Master Card”
  3. Read up the shown “Term and Conditions”
  4. Mark the box “I understand and accept the terms and conditions”
  5. Click on the button with “I ACCEPT”

  • The image shouldn’t exceed 10 MB in size

For customers having more than one verve card with the bank, it should be noted that All the debit cards cannot and/or will not be replaced on a single request. That is, the bank can only create an account for a particular card at a time.

What Is The Cost For Personalizing The Debit Card?

Access Bank Persona, attract a charging fee of One Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (₦ 1,500). The ₦ 1000 charge is a Standard Cost, which is the cost of the card (New Verve card) and the ₦ 500 is the “Processing Fee”. Once the application steps have been followed and the necessary payment has been made, it takes about 5 working days before receiving the new verve card (personalized card).

Before the completion of the personalization, the existing card can still be used for the regular transaction.
