Alibert Furniture was Founded as far back as 1974, by Chief M.A Taan, Alibert Product Nig Ltd happens to be one of the largest family owned furniture manufacturers in West Africa. The company specializes in the production and sales of home, office, school & hotel furniture Products.
The main factory is Located in Ikotun-Egbe, this factory has a production area of 20,000 square meters totally dedicated for furniture production, quality control, and logistics. Dedicated to the delivery of high business standards and the principles of quality, Alibert has become a household name in the industry as it has risen to its current ranking among the top African furniture companies based on its annual sales and turn-over.
Presently on its payroll, the company employs more than 400 people in Nigeria and Ghana; with a total of 7 showrooms in these countries. Following its expansion strategy which began massively in 2005, Alibert is forecasting implementing a factory in Ghana in 2014, and developing its export activities to other west African countries such as Ivory Coast, Togo, Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger through their distribution channels.
The key factors that moved the brand to its present states are Passion and persistence which was what move the people behind the Alibert brand, whether they are designing a product, leading a team, or managing a showroom. The company’s common mission is to make modern design furniture available to the urban-minded shopper. They offer all customized, coordinated and affordable design furniture and accessories to its esteemed customers.
They have carefully selected suppliers across Africa that share that same commitment to high quality. Most of their raw materials such as: leather, fabric, glass, foam are imported from their diverse list of regular suppliers from countries like China, Malaysia, Turkey, and Germany.
