The federal polytechnic, Bida is federal government owned and managed higher institution which began as Bida college of Technology in 1977. Also known as Bida Poly, it started full academic activity in April, 1978 with 44 staff and 211 students. It later turn to a polytechnic in 1979 and has continued to grow even till now.

 

The institution offers several courses at National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) levels. These courses are available on both full time and part time (weekend and evening) basis. How To Pay School Fees

To make your school fees payment, please note that you may either pay online or into bank account. You need to know the amount you are expected to pay so as to keep sufficient fund in your ATM card if you want to pay online and to get yourself prepared. Either of the payment process begins online. Here are the steps for the fees payment;

  1. Log on to the registration page, eportal.fedpolybida.edu.ng/registration
  2. Login with your student ID and password
  3. Update your Biodata and ensure you verify the details
  4. Navigate and click on payment
  5. Your fees details will come up. Next is to click on payment option either via ATM card (Master card, Verve, Visa) or Generate RRR for payment
  6. If through ATM card, input your card details and make payment online. If paying through bank, print your RRR generated invoice and proceed to bank to make. Once payment is successful, school fees payment has been made. Endeavour to print your payment receipt if you pay online. You will be given one if you pay at the bank.

 

How To Register Courses

For course registration, please visit your department for a list of courses you ought to register. Then you may proceed to do the online course registration;

  1. Log on to the institution portal, eportal.fedpolybida.edu.ng
  2. Login with your details
  3. Navigate and click on course registration tab
  4. Select the session
  5. Register the courses and verify the registered courses before submitting.
  6. Print evidence of course registration.

How To Check Results

At the end of the semester or session, you can check your results at the departmental notice board once pasted and you can view online at the institution portal once uploaded. Here are steps to check results online;

  1. Log on to the institution portal, eportal.fedpolybida.edu.ng
  2. Login with your details
  3. Navigate and click on results tab
  4. Select the semester and session and press the submit button. The results will be displayed on the next page if it has been uploaded. If not, you will have to check back.
