Requirements For School Of Nursing And Midwifery

For Basic Nursing and Basic Midwifery: This is the current approved entry requirement is five (5) O’level credit passes in Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology and must be obtained in not more than two (2) sittings from either the West African Examination Council (WAEC) or National Examination Council (NECO).

 

As for any student with foreign examination board result(s), such student are all expected to submit an evaluation report or its equivalent grading scheme from the Federal Ministry of Education which comes along with the result. Please NOTE that NABTEB is currently NOT acceptable as at January 2018. This can however be reviewed in the future.

Note: Kindly note that The acceptable Age range for admission into Basic Nursing and Basic Midwifery training programme is between the ages of 18 – 35years as at the time of indexing.
