HERE ARE THE DIRECT ENTRY ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

O’Level Requirements:

No matter the course you want to apply for through direct entry into Usman Danfodio University, you must have satisfied the five credit passes of O’ level requirements in your SSCE in relevant subjects including English language.

The Direct Entry Requirements

Please note that in addition to the O’level requirements, Direct Entry candidates must also have an additional qualification, either you have ND, OND, HND, NCE or B.sc as the case maybe. All applicants with one of the following qualifications may be considered for admission by direct entry:

• Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) subjects passed at not more than two sittings with at least two at the principal or advanced level of GCE and the others at credit level from SSCE, GCE O/Level, NTC/NBC. Please note that no subject shall be counted at both Ordinary and Advanced Levels.
• Candidates must have passes in two major subjects in the NCE with SSCE O/Level, NTC/NBC credits or it’s equivalents in THREE other subjects (mainly for Education Courses).
• Candidates must have two passes at IJMB examination or Cambridge moderated Schools of Basic Studies terminal examination or international Baccalaureate from a recognized institutions with SSCE, GCE O/Level, NTC/NBC credits or it’s equivalents in three other subjects.

For B.sc Holder Requirements

All applicants who had completed their first degree programs in relevant courses might also be considered for a direct entry admission. Note that a limited number of good first degree holders who have completed their National Youth Service Corps Programme may be accepted by some universities into the Law and Medical Science Programmes.

PROCEDURES TO APPLY FOR DIRECT ENTRY
