Ebonyi State University: How To Register Courses, Check Result And Pay School Fees Online

The Ebonyi state university is a Nigerian state government owned and managed university established in 1999. It is situated in Abakaliki, Ebonyi state. The citadel of learning is one of the frontiers of education aimed at enhancing research and development of the Ebonyi people.

 

The university like other tertiary institution has courses both on undergraduate and postgraduate levels with lots of academic programmes. The institution also requires five credit passes in WAEC or NECO in not more than two sittings and good UTME score for undergraduate courses. How To Pay School Fees

Before you will be able to make payment, you need to visit your faculty to submit your registration number to the faculty officer for payment verification. After the payment verification has been concluded, you may now proceed with the payment procedures;

1. Log on to the institution portal www.portal.ebsu.edu.net

2. Login with your username and password

3. Navigate and select the session

4. Navigate and click on “Generate payment invoice”

5. Navigate and select your level after which you click on “Generate”

6. The payment invoice will be displayed, print it.

7. Proceed to the bank to make payment with the payment reference invoice

8. Obtain e-tranzact confirmation PIN at the bank

9. Login back to the portal with your username and password

10. Navigate and click on “submit” under “field”

11. Input the e-tranzact confirmation order PIN

12. Select the session

13. Click on “Pay” and confirm the payment on payment confirmation page

14. Click on “submit” to generate school fees e-receipt

15. Print the school fees e-receipt

 

How To Register Courses Online 

To register courses online, it is pertinent to know the courses you ought to register. Ensure you confirm the courses at the department and then follow the steps below;

1. Log on to the institution portal www.portal.ebsu.edu.net

2. Login with your username and password

3. Navigate and click on course registration menu

4. Select the “register course”

5. Select the session and semester and then click on “submit”

6. Select the courses and click on “submit”

7. Next is to print the course form.

To check results online, kindly follow the steps below;

1. Log on to the institution portal www.portal.ebsu.edu.net

2. Login with your username and password

3. Navigate and click on results menu

4. Select “view results”

5. Select the session and semester that you want to view its results and click on “submit”

The results will be displayed and you may print it.
