Jaiz Bank Plc joined the league of financial major players in Nigeria after obtaining a Regional Operating License to operate as a Non-Interest Bank from the Central Bank of Nigeria on the 11th of November, 2011 and began full operations as the first Non-Interest Bank the country on the 6th of January, 2012 rolling out with 3 branches located in Abuja FCT, Kaduna and Kano. The Regional License allows the Bank to operate geographically in a third of the country. Based on recommendations of (IDB), Jaiz Bank Plc also entered a strategic partnership with Islami Bank Bangladesh (IBBL) for the later to provide Technical Management to run the Bank at startup until it can sustain itself.

Individual Account Opening Requirements

1. One passport photograph of each signatory with full face forward, indicating your full names duly signed by you at the back.
2. Identification document for each signatory e.g. International Passport, National ID Card, National Drivers License e.t.c. the originals will be required for sighting.
3. Copy of utility bill issued within the last three months. Originals will be required for sighting.
4. Two reference forms duly completed by an individual or corporate body maintaining a current account with a bank in Nigeria. (Applicable to current account only)

How To Open Account Online With Jaiz Bank Plc
