Simply log on to the website and navigate to the online booking feature which is available on the home page.
Reservations And Payment
The reservation has to be made online via the official website at least 48 hours before the time of departure. You will be required to pay online via your credit card or you may pay in cash at any of the Ethiopian ticket offices. Payment for online booking can be made via credit card, debit card, mobile or in cash at Ethiopian airlines offices. Ethiopian accepts VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB, union pay & UATP cards as well as PayPal.
On purchase, the system will generate your itinerary receipt which will serve as a confirmation for your confirmed reservation and e-ticket issuance. This will also be displayed on the screen. On it, you will find the key information about your reservation and flights. You will need to print the page and produce it along with valid photo identification in order to enter the airport and for check-in.
Also, an email will be sent to the passengers email address which can also be printed and used to enter the airport and for check-in.

Cancellation And Refunding
For online booking cancelation, refund and rebooking, it can be done on-line via the same website. Kindly navigate to “My booking” and carry out any of the options.
Customers who make their booking through the website may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 24 hours after the reservation is made, if the reservation was made seven days or more prior to the flight’s departure. Please note that this rule applies to passengers who are departing from US only.
It is worthy of note that the credit card used to pay for the tickets will be required at check-in or during refund processing for verification.
