3. Continue by clicking on the button “School Program” with “Select the School Programme”
4. On the button with “Select the School Programme”, Select HND
5. Provide the applicant’s “First Name” as requested into the given box
6. Enter the applicant’s “Middle Name” as well into the next box
7. Enter the applicant’s “Surname” as requested into the provided column
8. Enter the applicant’s valid “Mobile Phone Number”
9. Fill in the “E-mail Address” as well into the given box
10. Tap on the “Continue” button to proceed to the next page For the “Payment page”,

11. Select the button with “Payment Using ATM Card”
12. Enter all necessary details related to the “ATM Card”. Every information provided must be valid
13. Proceed to the payment of the “Application Fees” of Fifteen Thousand Naira (₦ 15,000)
14. Upload the scanned copy of the requested credentials, this includes the institution approved O’Level Results/ Certificates
15. Click on “Submit” button

Entry Requirements

The Admission Requirements for the Higher National Diplomatic Program (HND) in Federal Polytechnic Offa are stated below:

1. Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) credits passes in the relevant course of study; course intended to be studied from any of the institution approved O’level Result certificate; SSCE, GCE or WAEC
2. All the above-mentioned Five (5) credit passes from the O’level result should not be more than two sittings for the applicant who wished to use a combined results
3. The minimum of pass (credit) mark in the institution compulsory subjects; English Language and Mathematics from the certificate mentioned above or either the National Business Certificate (NBC) or National Technical Certificate (NTC)
4. All applicants must possess/have the National Diploma (ND), National Innovative Diploma (NID) certificate in their relevant field of study.
5. The institution also requested for a minimum of Lower Credit (CGPA of 2.50) from any of the institution approved institution, be it Innovative Enterprise Institution, Monotechnic or Polytechnic
6. The Federal Polytechnic Offa has compulsory a minimum of one (1) year Post-National Diploma (Post ND) Industry Training Experience for all applicants in the area of course specialization
7. For every applicant with a “PASS GRADE” from the National Business Certificate (NBC) or National Technical Certificate (NTC), the institution has requested for a minimum of two (2) years Post-National Diploma (Post ND) Industry Training Experience before being considered for admission

• A copy of the National Diploma Transcript from all applicants who did not obtain the National Diploma (ND) certificate from the Institution (Federal Polytechnic Offa)
• A copy of the applicant’s O’level Credentials / Certificates
• Original copy of the (Joint Admission and Matriculation) JAMB Result
• A copy of applicant’s Screening/ Application form
• A copy of the applicant’s birth declaration/certificate
• A copy of the applicant’s Local government Area (LGA) certificate
• Candidate’s recent passport photographs
