Activating The App

1. Download the app from your mobile device’s appstore and install
2. Authenticate your device by dialing “326# using the number you used to register or open your Ecobank account
3. Perform a pin change by following the instructions displayed on your screen
4. Login to access your mobile banking
5. If you are a new user, click on the “new user” button to register.
6. Register your details then enter your mobile number
7. You will receive an SMS with a one time pin (OTP) on your registered mobile number, enter the pin and you will be sent an authentication code to secure any future transactions.
