Covenant Polytechnic Aba: How To Register Courses, Check Result And Pay School Fees Online

Covenant polytechnic is a privately owned polytechnic located at Owerrinta in Abia state. It was established in 2005 and has been duly accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE). It is an autonomous educational institution with the view of producing top quality graduates and focused on researching new discoveries and technologies. Covenant polytechnic commonly referred referred to as CPA awards National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in programmes which may be full time or part time.

 

Currently the institution has seven departments namely: Secretarial studies, office technology and management, accounting, business administration, public administration, computer science and financial studies. It operates two campuses, a main campus located at 168 Aba/Owerri Road and a mini campus located at Okpulu-Umobo which is about 3 kilometers away from the main campus site.

 

 

Admission Requirements

– Five credit passes in relevant O’level exam subjects including Maths and English

– HND candidates must possess ND certificate or statement of result from recognized higher institution of learning

– Both ND and HND candidates must possess and submit the following 3 of each of these documents: Birth certificate or declaration of age, O’ level result, JAMB result, state/local government of origin, medical test result, attestation or recommendation letter and 8 recent colored passport photographs.

-Fill the application form correctly by providing all necessary information then submit by clicking the submit button at the page bottom

– Wait for about 2-5 days for your admission to be processed then check your admission status to see if you have been offered admission.

– Check your admission status visiting the site then click the check admissiin status icon.

– Search for your name in the list or enter your login details rhen click check admission status.

How To Pay School Fees

Payment of school fees in cash into any branch of  UBA or Diamond Bank into the account name Covenant Polytechnic school account. Submit the bank teller to bursary department in exchange for receipt which you then submit to either the Registrar or HOD .

How To Register Courses

1. Visit the website at http://convenantpolytechnic.com
2. Wait for the page to finish loading then click the student admin icon to let you manage your courses.
3. Enter your username and password ( which is also your matric number )or if you are a new students enter your registration number then click on login
4. Select course form, a button pops out with the corresponding courses which you select
5. Save the completed course form then submit and print it out. Remember to enter the code on your school fees receipt on the course form before submitting.

 

Check Exam Results

1. Visit the website at http://convenantpolytechnic.com
2. Wait for the page to finish loading then click the student admin icon to view your results.
3. Enter your username and password then click login
4. Click view results and your results will be displayed on the screen
5. Save and exit or print out result if you choose.
