How To Register On Kogi State University Post Utme, The Cut Off Mark And All You Must Know

We are in the post utme era right about now and so many  Universities are now conducting their registration as the governing examination body, Jamb, has released its deadline for admission. If you have chosen the Kogi State University, Anyigba popularly called KSU, you might want to know how to register for your post utme and how to check your results later on. Eligibility

The cut off mark for Kogi State University post utme is 160 and so only candidates who chose the institution and score 160 marks can register. Also, you must have at least five credit passes in your O’level results including in English Language.

Candidates seeking admission into the Faculties of Social Sciences, Agriculture, Natural Sciences, Education and Management Sciences  must also have a credit pass in Mathematics.Before you begin, read through the post utme registration instructions carefully.

 

 

Payment Method

Payments for the post utme can be done either through e-tranzact or interswitch. If you are using e-tranzact, you will have to generate your payment slip on the portal and visit any bank branch to pay. At the bank, you will be given a pin with which to complete your registration. If you choose to use interswitch for your payments however, you will then pay with your ATM card on the portal.

How To Register For Post Utme

To register for your KSU post utme, follow the following steps:

1. Visit www.portal.ksu.edu.ng/putme/
2. Navigate to 2018/2019 UTME Admission Screening
3. Enter your ATM card details to pay or choose e-tranzact as your preferred payment method.
4. Upload your documents including your O’level results while paying special attention to your grades
5. Provide a valid phone number and email address
6. Submit when you are done.

 

You will need to upload a passport photograph of not more than 20kb and on red background. Also make sure to print your slip containing the date and time as well as venue of your screening exercise and take this along with you on your examination date. All kinds of electronic gadgets are not allowed into the venue.

 

 

How To Check Your Post Utme Result

When the post utme results are out, you will need to visit the school portal again to check your results. This will enable you know how qualified you are for the admission. To check your result:

1. Log onto www.portal.ksu.edu.ng/putme/
2. Click on login
3. Enter your Jamb registration number and click continue
4. Your results will be displayed on the next page.

 

The Kogi State University accepts applications from every candidate who has five credits in their O’level examination and have passed courses relevant to their proposed field of study.
