Kano State Polytechnic: How To Register Courses, Make Payment And Check Result Online

Kano State Polytechnic is one of the polytechnics in Nigeria located in northern part of the country. It was established in 1975 and has since inception being known for great academic excellence among peers. The institution is a multi campus school as its five schools are scattered in the heart of Kano.

 

The Kano State polytechnic offers several courses at both national diploma (ND) and higher national diploma (HND) levels. The courses are scattered across five schools which are School of General Studies, School of Rural Technology and Entrepreneuership Development, School of Management Studies, School of Environmental Studies and School of Technology.

 

Interested applicants who possess five credit passes in relevant subjects with good UTME score may apply for national diploma (ND) while higher national diploma (HND) requires good national diploma (ND) and post national diploma (ND) industrial experience. Direct entry application are also available and can be viewed at institution website. Successful applicants will be required to go through and pass screening exercise before they can be considered for admission.

How To Make Payment

At the Kano state polytechnic, after been offered admission into the institution, you will be required to login into your online portal profile to print your admission letter and also undergo a screening exercise at your department. It is only after this that you can now go on with payment. Below are the steps for fees payment:

1. Log on to http://www.kanopoly.edu.ng/login
2. Input your email address and password to login.
3. Once logged in, you will be directed to a page where you can click on make payment.
4. Go through the details and verify its correct before you click on generate invoice
5. You may print the invoice if you wish to pay via Remita Number (RRR) at the bank but if you want to pay online, click on pay now and you will be directed to another page for the instant online payment via Remita.
6. After a successful payment, you will directed to a receipt page, ensure you print it.

 

How To Register Courses Online

It is only after a successful payment has been made that you can carry out course registration. Please ensure you know the courses to register before proceeding to course registration. Here are steps for course registration;

1. Log on to http://www.kanopoly.edu.ng/login
2. Input your email address and password to login.
3. Navigate and click on course registration
4. On the next page, begin to select the courses to register them and when you are done click on save.
5. Proceed to do the same for second semester.
6. Next is to click on generate CRF to get the course forms for both first and second semester and then print.

 

 

How To Check Results Online

To check results online, kindly follow the steps below;

1. Log on to http://www.kanopoly.edu.ng/login
2. Input your email address and password to login.
3. Navigate and click on the results tab
4. Select the session and semester results you want to view. Once you submit the form, the results will come up on the next page.
