Oak Pensions Limited (PFA) is set up for the sole business of Pension Fund Administration under the reformed Pensions Act 2014. The company’s focus and strength would be the application of modern information technology for the management, operation and investment of pension funds to enable maximum returns for the contributors. The major focus of the company is to be a major player in the pensions industry by taking less advantage of the strength of its promoters as well as deploying direct and aggressive marketing approach to capture the existing base of its promoters and also making forays into other areas of the lower pensions market.
How To Open A Retirement Savings Account
Step1. The Oak Pension Retirement Savings Account can be downloaded here.
Step2. Employee fills and submits the account opening form to Oak Pensions
Oak Pensions processes the form and sends details to PenCom for the issuance of Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Step3. The Employee would get an account information and account login info from an Oak Pensions Manager Representative.
Step4. Oak Pensions would send a confirmation letter to employee. The letter contains employee’s PIN, username and password (this will be used to log onto Oak Pensions website) and our Custodian details (for remittance of contributions).
Step5. The Employee would have to notify his/her employer and contributions are remitted monthly through the Custodian into the employee’s savings account. Oak Pensions will manage the balance on the account for maximum returns for the benefit of the employee as long as the account exist.

I was relief from duty just of recent and I called your customer care line and CSO told me the requirements to collect 25% of total contribution. One of the requirements is letter of non-indebtedness which I went to my formal employer to request this letter, they told me they can’t give me except my pension administrator (OAK pension ltd) that will request it from them. Please, I want to know if that is the process of requesting the letter. And also, how can I be sure they remit all my monthly contribution to date I was relief from duty.
