South Eastern Kenya University (SEKU) was first established in 1976 as Ukamba Agricultural Institute. It was later changed to South Eastern University College (SEUCO) in 2008 before it eventually turned to its present status in 2013. The institution is located in Kwa Vonza, Kitui County, Kenya.
The university is a multi campus institution with five campuses. The university offers 45 undergraduate courses, 24 masters programs, 7 PhD programs and 18 certificate and diploma programs. Qualified candidates may apply online for any of the available courses at any level by downloading the form online, fill it and submit through any of the campuses with the application fee deposit slip copy. You may as well apply online and scan your deposit slip used for application fee payment. Please note that passport photograph and other supporting documents must be attached. How To Pay School Fees
Here are the steps to make school fees payment online;
- Log on to the institution website http://seku.ac.ke
- Navigate and click on student portal
- On the portal page, login with your registration number and password
- After a successful login, navigate and click on academic details
- From the drop down, click on fees report
- From the drop down, you can view your fees structure
- Then make payment via your verve or MasterCard by inputting your card details.
- Print the payment receipt page.

How To Register Courses
To register courses online, be sure to know the courses to register. You may then follow the steps below;
- Log on to the institution website http://seku.ac.ke
- Navigate and click on student portal
- On the portal page, login with your registration number and password
- After a successful login, navigate and click on academic details
- From the drop down, click on unit registration
- On the page, select the academic year and semester
- Select the courses to register them, verify the registered courses and then submit.
Once submitted, the course registration has been successfully done.
How To Check Results Online
To check your course results online, kindly follow the steps below;
- Log on to the institution website http://seku.ac.ke
- Navigate and click on student portal
- On the portal page, login with your registration number and password
- After a successful login, navigate and click on academic details
- From the drop down, click on exam results
- Next, select academic year and semester.
The results will be displayed on the next page. You may print it if you so desire.
