The Anambra state university is the old name of Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University situated in Uli, Anambra State. The university was established in the year 2000. The university is situated at the former site of Ekwenugo Okeke Polytechnic, initially referred to as Anambra State Polytechnic. The name was changed on the 11th September, 2014 to honour late chief Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu.

 

The university operates two campuses which are in Uli and Igbariam. The institution offer courses on both part time and full time basis. The university has courses on undergraduate and postgraduate levels. How To Register Courses Online

Course registration at the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University  can only be embarked upon after students must have log on to the portal to update his or her profile. This will be followed with the school fees payment. Once payment is made at the designated bank with the e-transact PIN inputted into the profile. Before proceeding to do your course registration online, it’s important to know the courses to be registered. Please endeavour to get adequate knowledge on that and consider your strength as well. Below are the online course registration steps

  1. Log on to https://coou.edu.ng
  2. Navigate to the portal
  3. Login with your matric number
  4. Navigate to course registration tab and register your courses
  5. Wait for the course adviser to approve your course registration.
  6. If approved, print the course form and submit at both your department and faculty. Do not forget to keep one for record purposes.
  7. If not approved, you will need to see your course adviser for further details and clarification.

 

 

Online Results Checking

The Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University has made it compulsory for results to be viewed online as a replacement to the old result pasting on notice boards method. To view results online now, students will have to log into the institution portal to his own profile to view his academic result. To do this, please follow through the steps below:

  1. Log on to https://coou.edu.ng
  2. Navigate to the portal
  3. Login with your matric number
  4. Navigate to result tab
  5. Select the session and semester you want to view the result and click on submit
  6. Next is the results before you. You may print if you desire to keep a hard copy.
