Edo State Polytechnic Admission Requirements And Registration Of Courses

Today, we want to inform all that the management of Edo State Institute of Technology and Management, (Edo State Polytechnic) is inviting all qualified candidates for admission into the full time ND programmes for the current academic session.

Here Is The Edo State Poly Admission Requirements

• All applicants who want to apply for the National Diploma (ND) Full-time programmes at Edo State poly must have a minimum of  Five(5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English language and mathematics in WAEC or NECO in not more than two sittings.
• In addition, candidates must score the minimum JAMB score for polytechnics.
• Finally, only Candidate who applied through the 2019 JAMB UTME are eligible for this screening. And all candidates that are Awaiting Results WAEC/NECO, and others can also apply for admission.

Here Is How To Apply For Edo State Polytechnic Admission

The admission for the current session has started for ND full time, HND full time, certificate course and pre-ND on etranzact platform in any commercial bank in Nigeria. Note that ND part time/HND full time form is N5,500.

Please follow the procedures below:

• Please scratch the covered portion of the admission application access card to see the hidden admission Pin Code.
• Then open your web browser and type http://www.esitmusen.edu.ng
• Next, locate and click on ADMISSION link at the top of the home page.

Once you are on the displayed page

1. You can click on NEW APPLICATION and login with your Admission Pin Code and Serial Number to fill the admission form and provide correct information and then click on submit button and move to the next page of the application form.
   1. Immediately you will be prompted to copy your Admission Registration Number, while the Admission Pin will be sent as an SMS to your phone.
   2. Once on the second page of the Admission Form, you can click on Go Back to edit your application form or save and continue later.
   3. In case you want to continue later, Login with your Registration No and Admission Pin Code.
   4. Then upload your passport photograph with image size not more than 15kb.
   5. Next, fill and add the subject and grades obtained in the specified exam in not more than two sittings and ND qualification(s) if necessary.
   6. Once done, click on Finish Application to conclude the application process.
   7. You can now print your Acknowledgement Slip and Two (2) copies of the application form.
   8. You should submit copies of the following credentials

Your teller
all online printed documents
your O’Level result(s),
your certificate Of Local Government Of Origin,
your Birth Certificate/Age Declaration.

The Edo State Institute of Technology and Management,
Admission Office ,
Benin City,  Edo State.

Please note that after completing application, the candidate can re-open the form any time before the closing date by logging in with your Admission Pin Code and Registration Number.
And once the applicant has submitted the completed form online, he/she can no longer have access to edit the form again. However, candidates can have access to print copies of acknowledgment slip or application form.
