  • They accept ‘A’ level/IJMB passes in Mathematics and any two (2) of Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography and Geology.
  • They accept NCE Mathematics and any of Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography Geology and Computer Science.

The Mass Communication Dept

  • They accept two (2) ‘A’ level passes in Arts or Social Science subjects one (1) of which must be Government, Sociology, Economics or Commerce.
  • They accept credit/merit in ABU Diploma in Mass Communication or Journalism. And also, an equivalent Diploma in Mass Communication from a recognized University is also acceptable.

How To Check ABU Zaria JAMB Admission List

  • First, you need to visit the official ABU admission portal at  https://putme.abu.edu.ng/index.php
  • Then supply your JAMB registration Number in the required column.
  • After which, click on Search to access your ABU admission status.

You need to note that all successful candidate are expected to do the following:

  • All the admitted students are advised to immediately upload their O’Level results on the JAMB portal.
  • And for any candidate that was offered a course that is different from what they applied for, such candidate should also change the course to the new one on the JAMB portal.
  • All the successful admitted candidates should go to the JAMB CAPS portal to ACCEPT or REJECT the Admission offer. And after Accepting your Admission, you should proceed to print out your Admission Letter.
