Please note that this Mobile Banking service can be used by all customers with any type of phone as long as it is connected a mobile network in Nigeria. Also note that all the 15 retails account are eligible to use this mobile banking solution except domiciliary, ZECA and Premium (Gold and Platinum) accounts.

**The USSD (96600#) Registration**

For you to use this banking solution, you will need to register first, it’s free, but you must be a zenith Bank customer. Below are the steps.

Just dial *966*00# with the phone number where you receive your alert.
After the prompt message, enter the last 4 digits of your Debit (ATM) card number.
Another prompt message will display your Account Name and you will be required to create a 4 digit PIN. So input a 4 digit PIN that you can easily remember.
Confirm the 4 digit PIN by reentering the PIN again.
Once successful, you will get a message Retrieving your balance
After which, you will then receive an SMS containing your account balance.

To Check Your Account Balance

At any point in time, you can easily check your account balance to know how much you have left.

Just dial *966*00# on your mobile phone and follow the on-screen prompts and your balance will be revealed to you.

To Transfer Money

With this USSD code, customers can transfer money conveniently. For you to do this:

Just dial *966*Amount*Account Number#. For example, to transfer N5000 to the account number 0775227372, simply dial *966*5000*0775227372# from the phone number you registered with Zenith Bank, then follow the on-screen prompts.

Please note that with this USSD, the cumulative money transfer limit is set at N100, 000 (One hundred thousand Naira) per day.

To Buy Airtime

This USSD code allows you to purchase airtime for your registered mobile number on which you get alert and as well as to buy for friends and loved ones directly from your account without leaving your home.

Airtime recharge for yourself, just dial *966*amount# on your registered mobile. For example, if you intend to recharge N500 on your line, just dial *966*500# and it will be recharged instantly while you also get alerts for the transaction.

Airtime recharge for another line, just dial *966*Amount*Mobile Number# on your phone. For example, if you intend to recharge N500 on 08068483371, just dial *966*500*08068483371# and the persons line will be recharged while you also get transaction notification.
