• Go to DStv eazy service payment page. Nigeria has already been chosen as your country. You can change that option if not from Nigeria through the drop-down menu.
• Enter the smartcard number of the decoder you want to subscribe or pay for.
• Type the captcha text and click on the “Verify” button.
• Once the account has been verified, click on “View Balance and Pay”.
• It will redirect you to payment summary page which contains date and amount due for payment. Click on Pay.

The payment subscription page that contains information about the account owner will be revealed to you.

At this moment you will have over five (5) payment platforms to choose from.

 

i.)  Subscribe Using Global Pay.

Follow the guide above to the step where you need to select payment option.

Choose global pay.

Fill in your payment details which includes your first & last name, your e-mail address, your phone number, customer number & smartcard Number.

Click on “globalpay.com” to finish your payment.

This will redirect you to globalpay website.

Choose your card type, fill in your card details and click on “Pay”.

Once your payment is successful, you will be returned to your eazy self service account page.

 

ii.) Subscribe with eTranzact.

Select eTranzact Payment >> BankIT >> fill in your  bank account number >> select your bank.

Enter the 6-digit passcode generated.

Dial *389*00# with the phone number linked to

your bank account which is used to receive an OTP (One Time Password).

Enter the OTP into the space provided and click Pay.

You will receive a successful payment response.

 

iii.) Pay for Dstv with Pay-U.

Select Pay-U as your preferred method of payment.

Fill in your card details including your full name on card, card-holder’s number, card number, expiry date and CVV number.

Follow the on-screen instructions  to complete your payment.

 

iv.) Recharge Using Paga e-Pay.

Select paga e-payment and follow the instructions given.

v.) Renew with Zenith Bank Eazy Money Wallet.

Select eazy money as your payment option.

Enter your mobile number and eazy money PIN.

Follow the instructions on-screen to complete payment.

 

 

2.) Using Quickteller (Web & Mobile App)

Let us state here that their web platform is preferred to their mobile app.

Numerous subscribers have complained that payments don’t go through and their money was never refunded while using the mobile app.

For instance, if your smartcard number is 0989765445, text “RA 0989765445” to 30333.

You can easily know when your subscription expires as well as your account balance using text message, dstv eazy service online and dstv mobile app.

Through a Mobile App: The Dstv mobile app homepage has the account balance and the due date.

Through an SMS: Send “DD Smartcard number” to 30333.

Online : logon to self service page >> Account >> You should see your account balance and current subscription expiry date.
