NSUK Postgraduate Portal: How To Gain Admission, School Fees And All You Must Know

Nassarawa State University Keffi, popularly known as NSUK is a fast growing and a comprehensive institution, founded in 2002 and located in Keffi (Most Populated town) Nassarawa. NSUK is a co-educational institution that has been accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC) for recognition in the country.

 

The senate institution offers admission into different courses and programs; giving a befitting recognition of the offered programs such as degrees, bachelor degrees. The school of post graduates in this institution was established in 2004 and approved by the National Universities Commission NUC in 2009/2010.

 

This program is introduced to enable graduates to take on professional, academic, and administrative responsibilities in the nation. Faculties in the institution are:

Admission Requirements For The Above Programs Are Stated Below

1. Certificates like the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) or Exemption Certificate should be available.
2. Scanned Copies of credentials and application forms should be submitted online.

• Academic Records Transcript should be submitted to the School of Postgraduate Studies

1. Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credits passes in relevant subjects including English Language and mathematics.
2. A minimum of bachelor’s degree or higher diploma from a recognized institution.
3. Minimum of Second Class Honours Degrees for applicant into the Master’s Degree program; for graduates from the university (Nassarawa State University Keffi) and other institutions.

• Application for Bachelor Degree transcript should be submitted to the School of Postgraduate Studies.
• Pass mark in the written assessment examination conducted by the University for Qualification.

Note: the application fees for all programs is ₦15,000 and a transaction charge of ₦300.00; making a total sum of ₦18,000

 

 

Application Into Nassarawa State University Keffi (NUSK) Program

Application into the Nassarawa State University Postgraduate Program is done through the steps stated below:

1. Log on to nsuk.edu.ng for the application form’
2. Click on “Prospective Students”
3. Click on “apply online postgraduate school”
4. Follow up the provided instructions

Paying of application form of fifteen thousand naira (₦15,000) using a payable e-transact platform into the following banks;

• First Bank plc
• Diamond Bank plc
• Eco Bank plc
• FCMB Bank plc
• Mainstreet Bank plc
• Keystone Bank plc
• United Bank of Africa (UBA) plc
• Unity Bank plc
• Zenith Bank

5. Log on to nsukpg.nsuk.edu.ng/prospective-students/postgraduate-school
6. Follow up the provided instructions
7. Click on e-Transact Card
8. Click on “Select and pay fee”
9. Enter the given confirmation number or E-transact Pin
10. Print out the application receipt with the “Applicant ID”
