UNN Cut Off Mark And UNN Post UTME Registeration Processes, All You Must Know

The University of Nigeria (UNN) was established in 1955 and is located at Nsukka, Enugu state. It is a federal university owned and operated by the Federal government. This university is commonly called UNN basically due to the location of its main campus at Nsukka although it also has three other campuses: University of Nigeria- Aba Campus, University of Nigeria-Enugu Campus, University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital-Ituku-Ozalla and the main campus at Nsukka.

 

The university happens to be the first fully- fledged indigenous and also independent university in Nigeria and was modelled to replicate the American Educational system. This higher institution of learning is known to have a total of fifteen faculties, one hundred and two academic departments and offers eighty-two undergraduate programs and two hundred and eleven postgraduate programmes.

 

 

Admission Requirements Into Undergraduate Programmes

1. All applicants must be aged 16 years and above.
2. Applicants must possess a minimum of five credit passes in O’level Including English language obtained in not more than two sittings.

3. Applicants must write and choose UNN as first choice of institution in UTME organized by JAMB and score at least 180 and above.

How to Apply For UNN Post UTME Admission Screening Exercise

1. Visit the official UNN portal at unnportal.unn.edu.ng
2. Select “Prospective students Online Application Form”
3. Select “Click here to Apply” under the admission screening application
4. Enter your JAMB registration number in the field provided then submit
5. Visit the Remita website and generate a payment invoice
6. Take the invoice to any commercial bank to pay the sum of #2000 for the Post-UTME PreAdmission Screening Test.
7. Return to the portal to access the Post UTME Application Form
8. Fill the form correctly then enter your O’level subjects and grades along with your centre and examination number
9. Upload your certificates ( O’level results, Birth certificate, School leaving testimonial, SSCE Certificate, JAMB result slip not above 100kb)
10. Check the confirmation box then submit
11. Print out the Acknowledgement slip.
