Taraba state university is  located in  Jalingo the capital of Taraba state. It was Established in 2008 by the Taraba State Government to increase the chances of a varsity education for its indigenes and advance the course of Academic development in the nation and it remains a state owned university. Since its inception, producing skilled and accomplished graduates to the country has been their Aim. It is one of the fastest growing Universities in Northern Nigeria.  The institution is regulated by the National universities Commission, Abuja.

Owing to the high standard of Education, morals and Discipline instilled on its students, thousands of applicants from the state and beyond seek for Admission into the school each year. Screenings are conducted to check for qualified applicants. Successful applicants are admitted into the new session for  earnest commencement of studies, classes and lectures.

 

This principle applies for the 2018/2019 session. Screenings for applicants who picked the Taraba state University as their first choice in the unified tertiary matriculation  examinations(UTME) and scored 180 was announced and conducted by the school’s management in conjunction with its admissions Unit. Applicants possessed results, showing five(5) passes(in relevant subjects) in O’level exams, gotten in not more than two sittings. An admission list is any list that holds the names of candidates and applicants, granted admission into an institution. These lists are normally released in batches like first batch, second batch, third batch and so on.

This is to notify the general public that the admission list has been released ahead of its 2018/2019 academic session by the admissions unit and management of Taraba state university, Jalingo  for UTME and direct entry candidates and could be accessed online.

  • Successful candidates should Start with the acceptance and registration procedures.
