How To Get Kwara Poly HND Form, The Requirements And Fees

The Kwara State Polytechnic (KWARAPOLY) HND Admission form for Full-time and Part time programme for the 2019/2020 academic session is now on sale for all interested candidates.

We want to use this platform to inform the general public and all suitably qualified candidates for admission into its full-time (regular) and part-time (week-end) Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes admission for the 2019/2020 session.

Here Are The HND Admission Requirements

All eligible applicants applying for admission into the Kwara State Polytechnic HND programmes will be required to have the following qualifications:

  • A National Diploma (ND) with at least Lower Credit in the relevant field and five relevant O/L credit passes at WASC, GCE, NECO and NABTEB at maximum of two sittings and the credit passes must include English Language and Mathematics.
  • An evidence of one year post – National Diploma (ND) cognate experience (i.e. Industrial Training)
  • All applicants with Pass Grade in the National Diploma (ND) will be required to have at least two years Post-National Diploma industrial experience.
  • All applicants for Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology (Post-Harvest option) will be required to have at least a Lower Credit grade at National Diploma (ND) programme in any of the following:
    • Food Science Technology
    • Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology
    • Agricultural Technology
    • Agricultural Engineering Technology
  • All applicants for Metallurgical Engineering Technology should be graduates of National Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering Technology only.
  • All applicants for Mining Engineering Technology must be graduates of National Diploma in either Mineral Resources Engineering, Mineral & Petroleum Resources Engineering or Mining Engineering Technology only.
  • All holders of ND Computer Engineering are not admit able into HND Electrical/Electronic Engineering Technology and also, HND Computer Science Programmes.
  • All holders of ND Mass Communication will not be admitted into HND Public Administration.
  • No candidates will not be admitted into HND programmes that is different from those they had in their ND programmes.
  • All candidates should sort out their O level deficiency before applying for the HND programme.
  • All candidates for the HND programmes with options should indicate the option they prefer in their Application Forms.

Please Note: ITS MANDATORY FOR HND FULL TIME APPLICANTS TO FILL THE JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBERS USED FOR THEIR ND PROGRAMMES. IT IS ONLY APPLICANTS WITH JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBERS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
