School Of Nursing Osogbo: How To Get The Form, Register And All You Must Know

The School of Nursing, Osogbo, was established by the then old Oyo State Ministry of Health precisely on the 12th May, 1977 to run courses in a General Nursing Education which lead to the award of the Registered Nurse Certificate in the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria which is meant strictly for both Basic and post Basic students.

This institution was first inspected by the Council in June, 1977, and they were granted provisional approval, while the final approval came in later in October 28th, 1992.

 

All the required Facilities needed for the take-off of the school were inspected and monitored by the then Oyo State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Adetoye Faniran, the equipment/Facilities includes two classrooms, two dormitories, Kitchen, dining room and two staff rooms for office accommodation. The above listed facilities is said to belong to the ANGLICAN MISSION AT ISALE-ARO – Their 1st temporary site.

 

The first set of student Nurses were all examined by TEDRO, and were after enrolled accordingly on 19th May, 1977; with 40 candidates in all.

 

However, in the year 1984, the entire organ of the school were finally moved to the Newton’s Memorial School.

The school as at the time of this write up currently uses Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Teaching Hospital, Osogbo (former State Hospital); Our Lady of Fatima catholic Hospital, Osogbo; Mercy land Hospital, Osogbo; State Hospital, Asubairo, Osogbo; and Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Aro, Abeokuta for clinical and psychiatric experience, while Comprehensive Health Centres at Ilobu, Atelewo, Osogbo; and PrimaRY Health Centre, Okinni are for community practice.

 

 

How To Purchase School Of Nursing Osogbo Form

Once you login with the PIN on the Scratch card, then create a profile and keep your registration number for future use. A copy of your registration will also be sent to the email account which you have provided.

Step 2: How To Use The Pin At The eServices For Registration

The major function of the PIN from the scratch card purchased is meant to allow you apply for admission, perform school registration, course registration, to update your profile and also check results. At login, you would create a profile and remember to keep your registration number for future use.

Step 3: Fill the Registration Form Online

Once you create the account, you can proceed with filling of your registration profile electronically. The eServices site would allow you to enter all the required information, including qualifications, will also allow all candidates upload their certificates, signatures and passport photograph.

Step 4: Receive Updates by Email

Please note that all the information you have submitted would be emailed to you for you to have a proper records, with a link where you can also download the completed form and also print for the records.

Step 5 : Receive Updates

With the use of an electronic application system, the school can easily communicate with you in the future by email. Your result, Course registration and other requests can be done electronically with ease.
